Return Policy

All exchanges and returns must be received within 30 days of purchase in their original condition.

• If an item was purchased outside of the English Retreads online boutique, it must be returned to the original point of purchase.
• No exchanges or refunds on sale items.
• Shipping charges for exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer.
• Defective items returned within 30 days of purchase will be exchanged at no shipping expense to the customer.
• Please contact us at (303) 258-1625 or via email at info@englishretreads.com for instructions on where to send your return/exchange.
• All returns and exchanges should be shipped using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Lifetime Warranty

All English Retreads products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If our products do not measure up to this standard, English Retreads will either repair or replace the defective product. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse or abuse as determined by English Retreads. We also can't always cover damaged products that have been repaired by anyone other than the English Retreads Pit Crew.
