So we all know that the world of eco-blogging has exploded in the past year or so, and it becomes harder to find blogs that provide new and exciting information. You can only hear about avoiding plastic water bottles and reusing your grocery bags so many times before you start to tune it out (of course we are all impeccable recyclers anyways).
I found this awesome (and kind of terrifying) post from myEarth360 about how polluted the air in our homes may actually be. She gives some interesting facts and good preventative ideas, but what I found most shocking is that EPA estimates that the population spends 90% of their time indoors. Get outside people! Enjoy that fresh (somewhat) clean air!
I am always amused and informed by the daily blog at Elephant Journal. Waylon and his cohorts provide some serious laughs mixed with some seriously insightful posts about anything from Obama to the environment to hair color (shout out to Lindsey on that one).
What are your favorite green blogs? I’m finding fun, new ones everyday thanks to the wonderful world of Twitter.
