What’s with the name?

The English of our Retreads refers to Heather English our fearless leader, head designer, and recycling genius.

Who’s behind English Retreads?

A small group of hard-working, passionate people, just like you. We’re not a large, anonymous corporation, we love what we do and who we do it for.

Can you make custom orders using styles that I do not see on your website?

How long will it take to receive my order?

If your product is in stock it will be shipped within 3 business days. If your bag is not in stock, you will be notified by the following business day with an estimated ship date. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground (unless otherwise requested) which takes between 3-7 business days.

How much will shipping cost?

Orders $50 and under = $8.95 s&h
Orders between $51 - $100 = $11.95 s&h
Orders between $101 - $250 = $14.95 s&h
Orders between $251 - $500 = $17.95 s&h
Orders between $501 - 1,000 = $26.95 s&h
Order over $1,000 = Please call for a custom quote.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship international orders but the order must be taken directly from a customer service representative. If you would like to place an international order please contact us at info@englishretreads.com and include your name, shipping address, and the product you would like to order. Please note that all international orders are shipped via USPS and all applicable taxes and duties will be collected by customs.

How do I get my bag tuned-up?

English Retreads will repair any of our products damaged due to normal wear and tear free of charge. Just send your English Retreads item back to us for a free (you pay all shipping costs) tune-up.

How do I clean my English Retreads bag?

Shine up and protect your rubber bag with G-Tire Ultimate Tire Shine. Ink marks and other stains in your bag usually come out with rubbing alcohol.

Will the rubber come off on my clothes?

There have been infrequent cases of the bags or rubber straps causing marks on light colored clothing. These marks can be removed with regular laundering. We recommend avoiding contact with light colored material as product color may transfer.

Do English Retreads items smell like rubber?

If you put your nose right up to the bag you'll probably smell a slight rubber smell, it's not noticeable when carrying the bag- we prefer this scent to leather.

Can I choose the inner tube markings I’d like to have on my purchase?

Due to the inherent markings of the inner tubes every English Retreads item is unique. Some inner tubes have a blue stripe, some have white print and some are all black with black patterns in the rubber. We are unable to choose which inner tubes we receive and therefore cannot take special requests for specific inner tube markings.
