All exchanges and returns must be received within 30 days of purchase in their original condition.

• If an item was purchased outside of the English Retreads online boutique, it must be returned to the original point of purchase.
• Sale items can be exchanged but not refunded.
• Shipping charges for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• Defective items returned within 30 days of purchase will be exchanged at no shipping expense to the customer.
